Youth & Developmental Movement

This category presents reflections on movement patterns observed in children and adolescents during growth and development. The focus is on coordination, movement confidence, and participation rather than developmental diagnosis or prediction.

Clinical Reflection Disclaimer

These case studies document clinical observations from my practice as a remedial massage therapist and exercise scientist. They are intended for professional education and reflection only.

Important Limitations:
- Individual results vary significantly and cannot be predicted
- Outcomes may reflect natural recovery, multidisciplinary care, or patient factors beyond treatment provided
- Complex presentations require medical assessment and clearance
- I work within my scope of practice and refer to medical practitioners when appropriate
- These reflections do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
- All cases are anonymised with patient consent

For medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Scope of Practice:
I am a qualified remedial massage therapist and exercise scientist (BExSc, DipRem). I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

My role is to support movement function, provide manual therapy within my training, and guide exercise progression under appropriate supervision.
